Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor and interpret vitals EEG and hemodynamic data.
- Manage complex equipment including ventilators IV pumps and monitors.
- Administer specialized medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to adjust treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support to families and maintain compassionate communication.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse license in Virginia (or compact state).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Previous ICU or critical care experience preferred.
- Critical thinking and ability to act quickly in life-saving situations
