Facilitate structured virtual discussions focused on career development and leadership capability
Apply experience in education and mentoring to support professional development conversations
Engage with professionals through established digital platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
Contribute to ongoing engagement activities aligned with development-focused initiatives
Work independently while following defined systems processes and compliance guidelines
This position operates within an established framework with structured support.
Experience & Skills
Applicants should demonstrate:
5 years experience in education instructional leadership or academic environments
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Experience supporting adult learning mentoring or development programs
Confidence using digital platforms and remote collaboration tools
High level of organisation accountability and professionalism
