Schedule:Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Summary: Our Client in Cherry Hill is seeking a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representativeto support their office. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity paying $21/hr. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls and service requests
• Respond to inquiries via phone email and in-person interactions
• Engage in problem-solving and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage and respond to inquiries using the CRM of record (Salesforce)
• Ensure quality service to both internal staff and external customers
• Clarify inquiries by researching locating and delivering accurate information
• Maintain contact center and back-office registration data with accurate data entry
• Support functional tasks within CRM systems
• Perform clerical functions including file management and paper handling
• Maintain databases and complete quality control reports in Personify and Salesforce
• Work with the Database Administrator to resolve errors from Boomi reports
• Utilize Doubleknot for property reservations

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred
• Experience working with Personify preferred
• Experience using Doubleknot for property reservations preferred
• Strong customer service communication and problem-solving skills
• Clerical and data entry experience
