Job Summary
Job Title: Daycare Teacher
Location: Dhahran (Day Care Center)
Nationality: Saudi
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement daily classroom activities suitable for early childhood development
- Act as Class Lead and manage all classroom operations
- Serve as the main point of contact for parents and administration
- Monitor children’s progress and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding child development and daily activities
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently when required
Requirements
Education
- Minimum: 60 semester hours of post-secondary education or
- 2 years of academic training beyond high school
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in a daycare or early childhood setting
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Classroom management and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Passion for working with children
