Job Summary
Job Title: Teacher Assistant – Healthcare Facilitator
Location: Ras Tanura
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with small group and one-on-one student support
- Support classroom activities and daily operations
- Act as a Healthcare Facilitator at the school site
- Provide basic health-related assistance to students when required
- Perform routine clerical administrative and support duties
- Operate basic office equipment including audio-visual and duplicating machines
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for students
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
Requirements
Education
- Minimum:
- 60 semester hours of post-secondary education or
- 2 years of academic training beyond high school
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience
- Experience as a Healthcare Facilitator or nursing-related background (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Ability to type with reasonable speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with office and audio-visual equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Caring attitude with the ability to support student well-being
Additional Notes
- Location: Ras Tanura
- Healthcare or nursing-related experience is a strong advantage
