This role involves end-to-end ownershipfrom understanding requirements and system design to development deployment and continuous improvement.

Role Overview:

Understand business and functional requirements in depth to ensure technical alignment with client goals.

Translate requirements into well-structured technical solutions that are robust and efficient. Participate in application and module-level architecture decisions to build a strong foundation for

scalability. Design develop and maintain applications MVC C# and SQL as the core technology

stack. Ensure clean maintainable and scalable code by adhering to industry best practices and

development standards. Take ownership of assigned modules through the entire lifecycle from initial development to final

deployment. Participate in code reviews and requirement validations to maintain high output quality and

minimize technical debt. Ensure timely delivery without compromising quality managing project timelines effectively.

Identify and resolve technical dependencies and risks proactively to prevent project bottlenecks. Continuously improve development practices and internal processes to drive team efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure a cohesive approach to product

development. Communicate progress challenges and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and relevant team

members. Support team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration fostering a culture of collective growth.

Technical requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science Engineering or a related field. 3–5 years of professional experience development. Strong hands-on experience MVC C# and SQL. Solid understanding of software architecture and design principle.
