If you take pride in quality workmanship enjoy solving on-site challenges and deliver great customer service wed love to hear from type: Full-time Field-based role at customer sites Immediate start availableWhat youll do: Complete residential and light commercial carpentry projects from start to finish (rough and finish) Install and repair doors trim casing baseboards cabinets shelving and built-ins Frame walls build decks and stairs and perform structural and non-structural repairs Measure cut and assemble materials with precision and attention to detail Read and interpret drawings plans and work orders Perform related tasks such as drywall repair minor flooring and hardware installation Maintain a safe organized job site and follow all safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers and the team; provide status updates and recommendations Estimate material needs and assist with job planning and site prep/clean-upWhat youll bring: 3 years of professional carpentry experience (residential or light commercial) Proficiency with hand and power tools measurements and finish work Ability to read plans problem-solve on site and deliver high-quality finishes Strong customer service skills and a positive reliable work ethic Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights as required Own basic hand tools; company provides specialty tools and PPE as neededNice to have: Journeyperson/Red Seal or formal carpentry apprenticeship Experience with cabinetry millwork decks/fences and exterior carpentry Complementary skills such as drywall finishing tiling or light plumbing/electrical First Aid/CPR and safety certificationsWhat we offer: Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Consistent local work with supportive scheduling Tools materials and PPE support Paid training and opportunities for growth Respectful safety-first culture and a team that values craftsmanshipSchedule and travel: Monday to Friday with occasional weekends or evenings based on project needs Local daily travel to customer sitesHow to apply:Submit your application and resume using the application form on this Clean Handyman is an equal opportunity employer.
