Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage Sales Cloud (Leads Opportunities Forecasting Campaigns)
Work on B2B Commerce Cloud (catalogs pricing storefronts checkout)
Handle order lifecycle management & troubleshooting
Build flows automation and approval processes
Support integrations with Oracle EBS MuleSoft and third-party systems
Provide L1/L2 support for sales & commerce issues
Ensure compliance with HIPAA GDPR ISO standards
Drive automation & AI (Salesforce Einstein) for process improvements

Required Skills

7-10 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
Strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B)
Expertise in Salesforce Lightning & Functional Consulting
Hands-on experience in CPQ workflows and automation
Experience in ERP integrations (Oracle EBS preferred)
Strong understanding of sales processes & revenue lifecycle

Good to Have

MuleSoft integration experience
Healthcare / Medtech domain exposure
Knowledge of ITIL / ticketing tools
Experience with Einstein AI & automation

Certifications

Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification (Preferred)
Commerce Cloud Certification (Good to have)
ITIL Foundation (Optional)
