A well-established and growing law firm with a strong reputation for client service and professional excellence is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This role offers meaningful exposure to complex litigation matters and is well-suited for a highly motivated individual interested in developing hands-on experience across commercial employment legal ethics (a PLUS) and related litigation practice areas.
The paralegal will work closely with attorneys on active matters from inception through resolution contributing to case strategy document preparation and overall case management.

Core Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on case law statutes and regulations relevant to active matters
Analyze and synthesize legal information to support case development and strategy
Assist in drafting pleadings motions discovery requests and related filings
Prepare organize and file court documents in compliance with applicable rules and deadlines
Maintain and manage case files (electronic and physical) from opening through close
Support attorney-client communications and coordinate with opposing counsel and court personnel as needed
Prepare correspondence and litigation-related materials
Identify issues proactively and assist attorneys in developing practical solutions
Assist with special projects and additional litigation support tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Preferred
Bachelors degree or current pursuit of a degree in legal studies business government or a related field
Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment
Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved program preferred)
