Field SupervisorProject Manager for Generator Department

Espositos Electric a well-established and highly-rated local electrical contractor is seeking a skilled experienced and dedicated Field Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee and lead our residential generator installation division. As a leading provider of home backup power solutions in the area we rely on our Field Supervisor to ensure project excellence team productivity and superior client satisfaction.
This leadership role offers the opportunity to own the full project execution lifecycle taking the hand-off from our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plan and execute all phases of residential generator installation projects ensuring adherence to schedule budget and quality standards.
• Manage field crews (journeypersons & apprentices) providing direction and performance coaching for efficient task execution.
• Oversee site logistics including material staging equipment delivery and coordination with subcontractors.
• Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local and state codes.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients colleagues and project managers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7yearsof verifiable field experience in residential electrical work with at least3 years of supervisory foreman and project manager role.
• Valid New Jersey Electrical Contractor license is required.
• Proven ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and specification manuals.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. A CDL license is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
