BDC Sales Representative – Capitol Chevrolet

Capitol Chevrolet is one of the top-performing Chevy dealerships in Texas and were growing fast. We generate high lead volume and need driven professionals who know how to convert opportunities into appointments and are looking for a high-energy BDC Sales Representative with prior automotive sales experience who knows how to communicate follow up and CLOSE. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands urgency handles volume and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do:

• Handle inbound internet leads phone calls and customer inquiries
• Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
• Follow up aggressively with unsold prospects
• Maintain consistent communication via phone text and email
• Work closely with sales managers to maximize show rates and sold units
• Log all activity accurately in the CRM

What Were Looking For:

• REQUIRED: Prior automotive sales experience
• Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• High sense of urgency and follow-up discipline
• Ability to handle high lead volume (calls texts emails daily)
• Positive attitude with a competitive mindset
• Must be reliable and accountable

Schedule Requirements:

• Full-time position
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
