Beauregard Equipment Inc. is a family-owned business thats been serving New England since 1968. Were looking for an experienced Service Manager who takes pride in leading strong teams delivering excellent customer service and driving results in a fast-paced service environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support a team of technicians and service staff to deliver high-quality work
• Oversee daily service department operations including scheduling workflow and job completion
• Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication accurate estimates and follow-up
• Minimize equipment downtime by aligning service work with customer needs and timelines
• Prepare service quotes and follow up on open jobs leads and new business opportunities
• Monitor sales productivity and profitability to meet department goals
• Maintain proper inventory levels of shop supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
• Collaborate with parts sales and other internal teams to keep work moving efficiently
• Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies
• Provide feedback on customer needs product performance and market trends

What You Bring

• 2 years of management experience in a service or related environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in construction heavy equipment or a similar industry preferred
• Ability to lead motivate and develop a team
• Organized dependable and focused on results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Valid drivers license
