Commercial Sales Representative Power Washing and Window Cleaning

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
• Build relationships with property managers facility managers business owners and decision makers
• Visit properties in person and identify service opportunities
• Generate leads through cold calling networking email outreach and door to door business development
• Prepare and present quotes for commercial power washing and window cleaning services
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the pipeline
• Help grow recurring service accounts and long term customer relationships
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handoff after the sale
• Track activity leads and sales progress

• Proven sales experience ideally in B2B or commercial services
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with in person prospecting and outreach
• Self starter who can work independently and stay organized
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to build trust quickly and close business
• Experience with property management facility services construction maintenance janitorial landscaping or related industries is a plus
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Experience selling pressure washing window cleaning building maintenance or exterior cleaning services
• Existing local commercial contacts
• CRM or sales pipeline experience

• Base pay plus commission or commission only for the right candidate
