Pay Schedule & Perks:

• $34.00/hour
• 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule (6 PM - 6 AM) - must be able to work nights
• Retention Bonus:
  • $300 at 90 days
  • $1000 at 9 months
• Quarterly perfect attendance bonus

What Youll Do:

• Perform mechanical maintenance installations troubleshooting and welding
• Work with mobile equipment hand tools and power tools
• Utilize diagnostic tools to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Operate and monitor the plants SCADA system
• Safely work at elevated levels when needed
• Play a key role in maintaining uptime and keeping production moving

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong skills in mechanical troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance
• Experience with hydraulics pneumatics conveyors and mobile equipment
• Basic welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals
• Comfortable using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Familiarity with SCADA systems or automated equipment is preferred
• Ability to safely work at elevated levels and in a physically demanding environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications are a plus
