Job Summary
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our this dynamic role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a positive demeanor throughout the interaction.
- Document customer interactions in the database for future reference and quality control.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
