Emergency Medicine Physician, Nocturnist Cheshire Medical Center

Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and energetic ABEM/AOBEM board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team as a Nocturnist. This position is based at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene NH a 169-bed Level III community hospital with an annual emergency department volume of approximately 28000 visits.

As a nocturnist you will play a vital role in providing high-quality overnight care managing a broad spectrum of emergency cases and ensuring continuity of care during evening and overnight hours. Nights are covered with double staffing providing additional support collaboration and work-life balance. Physicians in this role work closely with a collaborative multidisciplinary team in a supportive clinical environment. The Emergency Department also serves as a key community training site for Emergency Medicine residents from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Faculty members including nocturnists have opportunities to engage in resident education and participate in the residencys didactic program if desired.
