As a Lecturer you will bring your experience and expertise in Electrical trades to plan develop and deliver training and assessment to students in this study area including apprentice pre-apprenticeship and pre-vocational. As a lecturer :
you will bring your experience and expertise in Electrical trades to plan develop and deliver training and assessment to students in this study area including apprentice pre-apprenticeship and pre-vocational
your primary role is to teach facilitate learning assess and mentor students in accordance with relevant curriculum and/or training package requirements
you will undertake Professional Activities and Activities Related to Delivery
In order to maintain quality educational services lecturers are required to keep abreast of technological and other developments in their field through professional development to
You provide up-to-date information and advice to the College and industry where appropriate
You have a technical background to understand and relate to the team and students
It is essential that you are able to mentor - Previous experience of working with and mentoring apprentices will be an advantage
you will bring a positive attitude and have a professional attitude
you have excellent communication and written skills
you are Australian citizen or permanent resident
you hold a WA Electrical Licence
you have completed several years in your Electrical trade
you hold a Electrical trade certificate
Benefits:
Salary starts from $103 586 - $120000 superannuation per year depending on level of experience and qualifications
Training to complete Cert IV in Training and Assessment available for the right candidate
Supportive team environment

Laptop and uniform provided
Working from home available 2 days a week once training completed and competent
Eight weeks annual leave
Salary packaging
10% employer superannuation contribution
