Key Responsibilities:
Assist with or lead project planning scheduling and execution activities
Track progress against project timelines and milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare and maintain documentation such as meeting minutes progress reports and risk registers
Monitor project budgets and support with financial reporting
Assist with procurement processes and contract administration
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations
Identify potential issues or delays and assist in developing mitigation plans
Support compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in project management Business Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Stakeholder / customer management experience
25 years of experience in a project support or coordination role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); knowledge of project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera or Asana) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
