Key Responsibilities:
- Data Preparation: Clean and prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses.
- Report Generation: Create accurate reports and ensure data quality.
- Support HR: Assist HR Business Partners with data and compensation-related queries.
- Salary Benchmarking: Cooperate with external consulting companies for salary benchmarking.
- Variable Pay Calculations: Calculate bonuses incentives and stock option plans under supervision.
- Audit Reports: Run audit reports and inform the C&B Manager about audit results.
- Compensation Changes: Approve compensation changes using defined rules.
- Policy Compliance: Analyse compensation data against policies and report non-compliant cases.
- Learning and Development: Learn C&B processes and practices to advance career.
Skills Required:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to handle data and generate insights.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Time Management: Strong time management and self-management skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Finance or related field.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include CCP CEBS SPHR HR PHR SHRM TR CBP PMI CP.
- Experience: Mid level position with 10-15 years of experience often with strong experience & Knowledge in C&B
