What Youll Do

As a Production Technician you will play a hands-on role in manufacturing fiberglass components used in wind turbines. This includes:

• Performing production tasks such as lamination infusion assembly trimming and finishing
• Following standard work instructions and quality requirements with precision
• Inspecting your own work to ensure it meets customer and company standards
• Maintaining a clean safe and organized work area
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Identifying and reporting safety concerns quality issues or process improvements
• Supporting team efforts to improve efficiency and eliminate waste

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Manufacturing or construction experience (preferred not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working with tools equipment and industrial materials
• Ability to work in environments that may include heat noise and PPE requirements
