• Performs Preventative Maintenance per Preventive Maintenance Program
• Assists with vehicle home or facility inspections as directed
• Assists in pest control as required
• As assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor completes minor repairs such as patching holes painting repairs furnituredoorknobs locks and clearing obstructions in drains and toilets. Repairs washers dryers dishwashers small appliances
• Replaces light bulbs and cover plates
• Assists with any vehicle repair
• Required to make repairs as needed w/out instruction
• May complete purchase order ensuring receipt is obtained
• Clears driveways and sidewalks of snow and uses appropriate materials to safeguard against slipping on ice
• Other duties as assigned

• One-year maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid State Drivers License

Additional Requirements

• Clear Criminal History and Driving Record
• Must Have a Current License to Drive auto liability insurance and a driving record acceptable to the company requirements.
• Documentation proving eligibility to work inside the USA

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information
• Strong technical aptitude
• Troubleshooting skills

Physical Demands

• Standing sitting bending or stooping
• Exposure to chemicals
• Lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs.)

Travel Requirements

• Travel to sites that require maintenance

Work Environment

• May work in conditions where exposed to extreme temperatures
