Job Title: Maintenance Training Supervisor
Location: Green Bay WI
Reporting to: Plant Engineer
Essential Job Functions:
This position is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Training Program. Trainer will provide assistance and support for maintenance team members progression within the DuPont/JBS Maintenance training program.
The Maintenance Training Supervisor must have a broad experience base in Mechanical Pneumatic Hydraulic and Electrical Power applications. The supervisor should have a solid understanding of the equipment located at the plant of assignment.
Experience Required:
- Degree from technical/trade school preferred.
- Multi-skilled maintenance background preferred.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to support people toward achieving personal and plant results.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite is preferred.
- Strong writing and computer skills required.
- Speak fluently in English is required.
- Knowledge or experience working in meat or food processing industry preferred but not required
Skills/Abilities Required:
- Strong Time Management ability to meet deadlines multitask as needed and maintain attention to detail.
- Analytic or inquisitive mind drive to learn more and develop subject matter mastery
- Must be able to work flexible hours including some Saturdays
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate Maintenance Skill Level Labs to trainees.
- Must be able to complete all courses in the Maintenance e-Learning Program. They should be at least on Level ahead of the TMs training.
