Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors drivers and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and other security-related responsibilities at the front desk.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity verify identification and/or credentials and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents questions and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain front desk logs visitor records delivery documentation and other required reports related to daily operations at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Communicate with site personnel dispatch and/or emergency responders when appropriate to support timely response to security-related and operational concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
