Maintenance Supervisor

• Maintain and enforce safety programs to ensure a safe environment for all employees.
• Supervise a maintenance team in their daily tasks that include electrical pneumatic hydraulic mechanical and facility repairs.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to comply with environmental requirements.
• Develop maintenance personnel encouraging a team environment.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a Preventative Maintenance and Part Inventory program.
• Evaluate equipment and determine what repairs are needed to improve machine uptime.

You relate comfortably with people across levels functions and cultures; understanding interpersonal and group dynamics to engage in an effective manner.

• 5 years working in a green sand iron foundry.
• 3 years as a supervisor in a maintenance environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals blueprints and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Ability to spend majority of the day on the floor walking/standing
• Ability to work weekends to support production work on projects or PMs.

• Experience with Inductotherm Induction furnaces Isocure core process and equipment DISA molding equipment Surface Combustion annealing ovens and sand delivery systems

• Experience in working with a multitude of contractors for various projects and tracking project timelines.

• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment uptime
