Twin Falls Chevrolet is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Porter/Greeter to join our team in Twin Falls ID. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our service department. The ideal candidate will greet customers warmly assist with vehicle movement and organization and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe premises.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the service department.
• Assist customers with their vehicles by parking moving and retrieving cars as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area including washing vehicles and tidying up workspaces.
• Support technicians by preparing vehicles for service and returning them to customers after completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while handling vehicles and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions with all guests and team members.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand walk and move vehicles throughout the day.
• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is a plus.
