Your Mission:

As our IT Application Manager Logistics you will be responsible for the lifecycle and continuous improvement of our global logistics IT applications working closely with connecting teams in IT as well as with our Business Partners. You will work closely with our customers on innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• An essential part of your mission is to manage and support logistics applications companywide including SAP MM WM/EWM and related systems or SAP modules
• This also includes translating business needs into scalable and efficient SAP process designs
• You contribute to global rollout projects and help evolve our global SAP template
• You perform SAP customizing activities coordinate test cycles create and maintain documentation and support key user training
• You collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to improve endtoend process performance while coordinating and guiding external partners to ensure highquality technical delivery
• You troubleshoot issues and provide 2nd/3rdlevel support to maintain stable and reliable operations
• You act as a trusted advisor tobusiness partners offering process and solution guidance.
• You support global and local key user networks; project management tasks are also part of your role

Your Profile:

• You have an academic degree in Information Technologies Business Informatics Supply Chain or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in IT Application Management
• You bring strong knowledge of logistics processes and systems which is considered a significant advantage
• You have proven experience in IT project management and service management complemented by strong communication teamwork and stakeholdermanagement skills
• You bring an organized reliable and proactive working style
• You are willing to travel approximately 1020%
• You thrive in an international multicultural and decentralized environment
• You have very good spoken and written English skills and are able to inspire others with your ideas and vision
