Role Overview:

The role holder is responsible for customers follow-ups ensuring timely collection of dues using company policies systems available.

The role holder is responsible of a designated portfolio monthly targets including risks & reversals with all customers to be followed & updated monthly on the designated company AR system.

On a typical day you will:

• Provide management information and insights on all dimensions of the work areas performance to support discussions and decision-making both on a periodic basis and for adhoc management requests.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies processes standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Communicate with customers to follow up on overdue accounts using all available methods (calls emails and visits).
• Reconcile accounts understand customer disputes and communicate internally with stakeholders to help facilitate the successful resolution of these disputes.
• Update the AR system for all customers in the assigned portfolio recording the actions taken during each followup.
• Submit invoices to customers whenever required ensuring that all necessary supporting documentation is attached.
• Send dunning letters to customers in accordance with the companys credit policy.
• Demonstrate good Excel skills with the ability to prepare the required reports for the assigned portfolio.
• Organize followup activities in a way that supports target achievement and continuous improvement.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• Bachelors / Diploma degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in collections handling a portfolio of minimum 200 customers / preferably in a construction/engineering organization.
• Good written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
• Please be aware the location would be: Jeddah.
