SK Brand Ambassadors and Supervisor SASK RECYCLE

Inventa is a leader in the design creation and execution of innovative brand experiences from large-scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 29th year we are at the forefront of experiential marketing and the event space.

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors and a Supervisor for Sask Recycle to spearhead this activation. The team will be setting up at open-air events in some locations such as Regina Melfort Yorkton and Weyburn to talk to community members about recycling in their specific municipalities. This is a family-friendly and education-based activation that is a summer staple. We ideally desire candidates with prior Brand Ambassador experience who are passionate/knowledgeable about recycling. Someone who is reliable punctual and outgoing. Conversationally strong able to relay key messaging.

To excel in this role you will have excellent communication and networking skills in addition to having open availability for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is strongly desired and you must be comfortable with heavy lifting set up and tear down of the footprint. Supervisor must be comfortable driving Cargo or Sprinter van and available for 100% of the events to be considered.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with the companys mission vision and goals.

• Educating and interacting with customers retailers and distributors about recycling best practices cleaning and storage materials

• Assist team with set up and tear down of footprint and assets

• Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the client service department.

• Tracking customer preferences metrics and media campaigns.

• Meet physical demands and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical setup tasks as required.

• Representing the company at product launches events and trade shows.

• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

• Providing Supervisor with highlights and comments to contribute to final report

Supervisor responsibilities

• All ofthe above and

• Primary manager of team on site

• Primary liaison between in-field staff Accounts team on site contacts and client

• Managing overseeing and active participation in set up and tear down of event assets

• Managing and executing break schedule for in-field staff

• Driving and handling rental vehicle

• SupportingAccounts team and client with executing tasks

• Collecting reporting material from Team Lead and compiling final report for the Accounts team and client to review

• Providing feedback and coaching to team members on sitebyencouragingaccurateand client-approved key messaging

Brand Ambassador & Supervisor Requirements:

• A drivers license and access to a vehicle are mandatory requirements for supervisor.

• Supervisor must be comfortable and experienced driving Cargo or Sprinter Van

• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality service environment.

• Arriving at the event on time and by yourself.

• Comfortable with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Friendly approachable and outgoing personality.

• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Comfortable travelling for work

• Other duties as assigned.
  

Schedule

Training:One day training on the first week of June.

Activation date range:JunJul 1 and Aug 21

Locations:Regina Melfort Yorkton and Weyburn

Pay Rate:

• Brand Ambassador: $26/hr

• Supervisor: $30/hr
