Key Responsibilities
As the Territory Sales Representative you will drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships across your assigned territory. Your role combines consultative selling strategic account management and market development to support overall business objectives.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting networking and market research to grow territory revenue.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals that align with client needs and company offerings.
Territory Development & Market Insights
Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists and operations to deliver seamless solutions and achieve sales targets.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Provide timely reporting on territory performance forecasted opportunities and market intelligence.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Post-secondary education in business sales or a related field is an asset.
15 years of experience in B2B sales preferably within industrial agricultural or equipment-related sectors.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with sales forecasting account management and consultative selling techniques.
Key Competencies:
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and traveling within the territory as needed.
