Production Laborer / Truck Driver

At Van Beek Nutrition we produce precision mineral mixes that directly support herd health and customer success. This role plays a key part in making sure our products are made right and delivered on time.

What Youll Do
Production
- Manufacture and bag mineral mixes following established formulas
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in every batch
Delivery
- Load and deliver products safely and on schedule
- Provide professional dependable service to customers
Operations Support
- Operate forklifts and production equipment
- Keep work areas clean organized and safe
- Assist with basic equipment and facility maintenance
- Perform facility and equipment cleaning during downtime
- Support daily plant operations as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CDL or ability to obtain one
- Forklift and basic computer experience
Feed mineral or ag experience preferred
Physical Requirements & ADA Accommodations
This role requires regular lifting of 50-pound bags along with frequent bending standing and movement.
