Director of Convention Sales - Hotel Resort Metro Manila Philippines
A hotel resort group with property in South Luzon is in need of a Director of Convention Salesto join its pre-opening team. The successful candidate directly reporting to the Director of Commercial Distribution will be responsible responsible in developing leading and executing strategies to drive convention meeting and group businesses. Moreover oversee and mentor team members to ensure individual and department revenue targets are met.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related discipline
Five (5) years experience in the same role for a destination property with multiple events facilities and large capacity banquet rooms
Proven experience and achievement in convention sales
Possesses leadership excellent communication skills and mentoring ability
Excellent customer relations and negotiation skills
Willingness to be based in Makati and travel to the property
