Are you ready to shape the communities of tomorrow Were seeking a talented Architect to join our growing team in Halifax NS. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional passionate about creating innovative sustainable designs for commercial institutional and residential projects. Youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Conceptualize plan and develop architectural designs for new builds and renovations.
• Prepare detailed drawings specifications and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with engineers contractors and consultants to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress for compliance with design intent.
• Participate in client meetings presentations and contract negotiations.
• Stay current with building codes sustainability practices and industry trends.

What your experience looks like

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect with 5 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of building codes zoning laws and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
