Talent Acquisition Manager EEM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with responsibility for Eastern Europe and Mediterranean (EEM). This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the Talent Acquisition function in this region. The role involves leading a team of 6 experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists (in different locations across EEM) driving the day-to-day recruitment activities in the frontline as well as Employer Branding initiatives and school collaborations. You will have dotted line responsibility for 1 Recruitment Specialists based in Bratislava (Slovakia).The EEM TA function is responsible for recruitment activities for the EEM frontline our KONE Business Services in Bratislava and our Supply Chain facilities in Usti.
This role can be based in either of our main EEM offices. Regular travel within the region will be required. You will report in solid line to our Head of Talent & Culture for Europe and in dotted line to our People & Communications director for EEM.

Own and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy in your region ensuring alignment with business objectives and overseeing TA and Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent
Lead coach and develop the TA Specialists to ensure we have an engaged and efficient team. As Talent Acquisition Manager your role is to manage both the team and the results of your department. You set the direction inspire the team and coach your team members to support personal and professional growth.
Contribute to the design development and implementation of Talent Acquisition processes aligned with the companys business needs
Collaborate with other People & Communications teams and business stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of Talent Acquisition services
Evaluate business environment and workforce trends to make recommendations for achieving and exceeding TA targets
Ownership of the local TA budget which requires a balance of building relationships with suppliers and identifying opportunities for budget optimization
Maintain strong connections with colleagues within the company and externally to share best practices and understand current trends
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition including at least 3 years managing international or cross-border teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
Proven experience in budget management and financial acumen
Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
Ability to excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently
Fluency in English and one of the languages from Eastern Europe or the Mediterranean
