Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitting/Pick Pack/General Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient handling packaging and distribution of products within our warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing order picking packing and shipping operations while maintaining high standards of safety accuracy and productivity. Duties

• Perform order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate selection of items.
• Pack products securely according to specifications ensuring quality control and damage prevention during transit.
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks forklifts pallet jacks and other machinery safely for loading and unloading materials.
• Manage shipping and receiving activities verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Stock shelves efficiently organize inventory and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with warehouse distribution tasks including load & unload operations ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
• Conduct regular quality checks on picked and packed items to uphold product standards.
• Support warehouse supervisor in inventory management stock replenishment and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all warehouse activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations including picking & packing shipping & receiving and stock management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order fulfillment.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks forklifts pallet jacks safely.
• Prior experience in warehouse supervision or team coordination is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge related to packaging machinery or heavy equipment operation preferred.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform load & unload tasks regularly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.
