Catnic is looking for an experienced Business & Continuous Improvement Managerto join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming how we operate across our UK and European sites.
Make a tangible impact:
As our Business & Continuous Improvement Manager you will work closely with senior leadership to deliver key strategic initiatives that improve efficiency strengthen processes and support longterm business sustainability. This is a highimpact role where you will lead continuous improvement programmes manage Capex projects and drive operational standards across the business.
You will be responsible for developing data insights implementing new systems and technologies and ensuring robust project governance. Your work will directly influence decisionmaking at the highest level and support the delivery of Catnics operational strategy.
As part of this role you will:
- Help to drive improved efficiency across the production process and lead continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions
- Manage Capex projects from concept to completion ensuring strong governance and stakeholder alignment
- Develop data sets planning tools and research outputs to support senior management
- Implement new software products and services across the business
- Maintain project reporting systems including financial tracking and milestone management
- Support ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 compliance and operator competency standards
- Drive product quality improvements and wastereduction initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal teams suppliers and project stakeholders
We see your potential:
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication skills influencing capability and a high level of IT proficiency.
It is essential for you to posses a degree or HND in Engineering or Business (or significant relevant experience).
Desirable skills for this role include:
- Lean 6 sigma experience
- ISO management systems experience
- Previous Capex project leadership
- Strong MRP working knowledge
