Successfully completed business/tourism studies or equivalent training

First relevant professional experience in project travel or event management

Initial experience/points of contact with tourism processes is an advantage

Broad basic understanding of business processes and procedures

Logical conceptual thinking skills and enjoyment of challenges

Very good handling of Microsoft Office

Initial experience with software solutions for event participant and/or transfer management is an advantage

Very good German & English other languages are an advantage

Professional work attitude and strong service concept

Strong communication skills and confident appearance in dealing with customers

Very good German & English other languages are an advantage

High degree of flexibility resilience and willingness to travel

Enjoyment of working in a team

Absolute trustworthiness and sense of responsibility

DEINE AUFGABEN

(Partial) management of (inter)national projects in the field of sports and group travel from the preparation of offers comprehensive planning preparation and implementation to follow-up

Project-related budget planning calculation and billing

Organisation/coordination of service providers and trades with selective contract negotiations

Participant management within the framework of the projects

Cooperative work in the project team as well as guidance of the junior project leaders in coordination with the management

Further development of project content and contribution of creative ideas

Collaboration in the team on all marketing-related measures (newsletter social media print etc.)

Willingness to take on tour guides and on-site assignments on weekdays and weekends
