Position Summary

Asa key contributor to our design team you willbe responsible forthe day-to-day design and technical development of projects. You will coordinate all aspects of project documentation and delivery working closely with our integrated design team to produce high-quality work while ensuring adherence to project schedules budgets and work plans.

As part of our integrated design team you create buildings that elevatethe humanexperience through design. You will partner directly with the Project Manager to ensure the financial health of the project the quality of project documents claim prevention teamcollaborationand communication. Additionally you will lead the cross-functional design disciplines in developing technical solutions.

We are seeking an architect who is a team player and embodies integrity intelligence curiosity and critical thinking. The right candidate will be a well-rounded design professional who is actively involved in all phases of design across a wide variety of project types scales and locations.

Whatyou willdo:

• Develop creative and technically sound solutions to design challenges ensuringhigh standardsof design excellence

• Coordinate project drawings specifications and documentation with the project team ensuring alignment with design intent and budget

• Lead collaboration within project teams generating innovative design ideas and solutions

• Apply advanced architectural concepts to projects including complex assignments requiring new or improved techniques

• Integrate QA/QC procedures and practice standards into project deliverables resolving any issues

• Ensure BIM standards are applied and coordinate with the Project Manager and BIM Manager

• Providetechnical guidance to less experienced staff fostering a collaborative learning environment

• Meet project deliverable deadlines and manage time effectively tomaintainproject schedules and work plans

• Participate in client presentations and contribute to successful project outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture(Graduate degree notrequiredunless mandated by local licensure regulations)

• Minimum of six years of professional experience in architecture

• Professional licensurerequired; LEED AP and other certifications preferred but notrequired

• Proficient in Revit BluebeamSketchUpRenderingSoftware Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite

• Competent in technical design with the ability to investigate evaluate and recommend solutions that meet client needs

• Strong communicationskills both written and verbal with the ability to multitask andmaintainquality standards

• Demonstrates initiative problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning
