Job Description:

岗位职责

1. 负责JJMT数字化教育平台的内容开发与栏目设计主要服务于专业教育培训需求促活促学形成线上培训闭环

2. 洞察业务/BU PE的目标和需求结合平台用户线上学习偏好的分析制定平台内容优化策略并对平台已有内容/形式进行重塑打造互动式学习生态提升平台活跃度

3. 与BU紧密合作探索讲师合作新模式打造高质量精品课程以用户为中心创造专业有深度有价值的栏目和内容形式赋能术者成长

岗位要求

1. 5年以上医疗领域相关工作经验优先外科专业教育或医学背景对医疗器械培训和临床客户需求有深刻理解和洞察

2. 擅长创新内容开发和栏目设计兼具专业度和创造力有数字化运营经验者优先

3. 具备KOL管理和沟通的能力能与大中心/专家建立良好合作

4. 较强的沟通协同和项目管理能力能够有效推进跨团队的合作和复杂问题的解决
