Senior SAP IBP Analyst

Position Description:

The mandate involves acting as a SAP IBP expert within the SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) supporting the organizations integrated business planning activities. The consultant will contribute to the design implementation continuous improvement and support of SAP IBP solutions while working closely with business stakeholders technology partners and project management teams. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective and sustainable SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
-Provide functional and application expertise on the SAP IBP module to address business needs and propose appropriate solutions
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key business users to enhance the effectiveness of SAP solutions
-Support business teams and the PMO in demand management and project prioritization
-Participate in the definition planning and execution of implementation and continuous improvement projects
-Collaborate with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and external partners on solution maintenance and enhancements
-Contribute to design configuration testing and deployment phases of SAP IBP solutions
-Provide technical support to project teams and continuous improvement initiatives
-Define and promote standards and best practices for project delivery and application maintenance
-Develop and validate functional and technical specifications aligned with business requirements
-Supervise and guide resources involved in development and testing phases
-Participate in design and standards peer reviews
-Ensure a smooth transition and handoff from project delivery teams to application support teams
-Contribute to decisions related to tools products and methodologies by considering industry trends
-Support change management activities including end-user training impact assessments and documentation
-Propose improvements to solution operations and maintenance
Qualifications & Skills
-University degree or equivalent experience
-Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a supply chain environment (SAP IBP or SAP APO preferred)
-Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning Demand Planning Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Inventory Optimization or Supply Planning processes
-Proven ability to analyze business and technical requirements and design appropriate solutions
-Strong adaptability in fast-changing business environments
-Proactive analytical and problem-solving mindset
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work fluently in both French and English
Preferred Assets:
-Strong expertise in SAP IBP with at least one end-to-end implementation experience
-Experience with third-party system integrations
-Experience working on large-scale or international projects
