SALARY:$25.00/hr.

SHIFT: Full-time hours with the ability to work around school schedules. Available to work some overtime and/or weekends as required.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Our Systems Technology Co-Op will be responsible forassisting our IT team with the design development implementation and maintenance of computer systems networks and software applications. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform first level response for systems issues across the brewery in both office and production environments

• Install computer equipment and software

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware

• Troubleshoot and solve computer software problems

• Assist customers with using software

• Perform limited programming (VB Web Design database etc.)

• Assist peer Engineers and Technicians with design and implementation of projects

• Assist with providing 24x7 production critical support (on call rotation)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing technical degree in Engineering Computer Science or related major

• Completed Freshman year in college

• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office (Access Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word)

• Strong communication and customer support skills

• Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision

• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot complex issues

• GPA of 2.8 or higher
