About the Role

We areseekingan experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to lead the Quality function for ourRotary Blasthole Drill Assembly operation.This roleis responsible fordeveloping and leading a robust quality organization that ensures product integrity supplier performance and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership deep manufacturing qualityexpertise and experience inheavy equipment or complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a quality team building technical capability and accountability.

• Oversee incoming in-process and final inspection activities to ensure product conformity.

• Lead supplierqualificationperformanceimprovementand corrective action processes.

• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce defects and cost ofpoor quality.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal Quality Management System requirements.

• Partner cross-functionallywith Operations Engineering and Supply Chain to improve process capability and product quality.

• Monitor and report key quality metrics includingFPYDefects per rig supplier PPM COPQReworkand warrantytrends.

• Ensure compliance with welding machining fabrication assembly and final inspection requirements.

Job Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship

• Bachelors degree in engineering(Mechanical IndustrialorManufacturing).

• 812 years of experience in manufacturing quality within heavy equipment automotive or industrial equipment.

• 5 years of leadership experience managing engineers and frontline quality personnel.

• Strong background in complex mechanical assemblies hydraulic systems electrical systems and large structural weldments.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.

Preferred:

• Masters degree in Engineering or Business.

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Certified Quality Manager (CQM)

• Six Sigma Certification

TechnicalSkills & Competencies

• Strong data analysis capabilities(ExcelPowerBIor similar)

• Root Cause Analysis (8D Fishbone 5-Why)

• Metrology and inspection systems

• Knowledge of welding standards (AWS/ASME preferred)
