Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy to improve mobility function and overall patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Float to other clinics as needed

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active state licensure (or eligibility)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
