About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedProject Managerto join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for the planning coordination budgeting and execution of construction and maintenance projects. You will play a key role in the conceptual development scheduling and successful implementation of projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents Foremen and Journeymen.
- Establish project objectives policies and performance standards.
- Maintain strong communication with clients contractors and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage project budgets schedules and financial reporting.
- Interpret construction drawings and contract terms for all stakeholders.
- Oversee subcontractor RFPs proposals and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with safety plans and company policies.
- Prepare and present project forecasts cost tracking and WIP statistics.
- Support business development through client relationship management.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings P&IDs codes and standards.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office scheduling software and project accounting tools (COINS preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions construction sites and loud environments.
- Must be able to climb kneel and perform physical tasks as needed. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
