Job Summary:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients develop treatment plans and provide therapy to improve mobility function and overall patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Float to other clinics as needed

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active state license (or eligibility)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
