Nursery Practitioner Up to 28000

This nursery has been designed to feel open bright and easy to move through with each room set up to reflect the age and needs of the children using it. Outdoor space is part of the daily routine not an add-on giving children more freedom to explore. As a Nursery Practitioner youll step into a setting that feels considered practical and rewarding to work in.

Before You Apply

• This role requires recent experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Applicants must be confident supporting childrens learning and care independently.

• Salary: Up to 28000 per annum
• Hours: Full-time all year round
• Contract: Permanent
• Setting: Early Years Nursery (ages 05)

What Youll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
• Ability to support childrens development and daily routines confidently
• Clear communication and teamwork skills

What Youll Do

• Deliver care and education in line with EYFS requirements
• Support childrens development through planned and free-play activities
• Complete observations and contribute to planning and next steps
• Maintain a safe clean and organised environment
• Build working relationships with parents and carers
• Work with colleagues to maintain consistent standards across the nursery
