Microsoft Messaging Senior Engineer

Please not that this is a permanent position and we do not offer freelance/contract arrangement for the role.

In order to cultivate relationships and promote team spirit we require your presence in the office for a minimum of 8 days per month. Given that our division is responsible for providing services on a 24/7/365 basis participating in on-duty service is an integral part of this role.

M365 & Voice Squad is part of the End User Tribe which aims at delivering a phenomenal user experience and excellent support. We support the business by enabling the digital transformation thanks to up to date digitally enabled unified and efficient collaboration space. The focus of the squad is Microsoft365 unified communications (voice & video Cisco/MS Teams).

About the role:

As member of M365 & Voice you will be working with a team of skilled engineers. M365 & Voice (End User Collaboration) is part of the End User Tribe within Group Technology Services division of Euroclear. Our vision is to make Euroclear a great place to work! by providing our customers with a up to date digitally enabled unified and cost-effective collaboration space. This collaboration space is in full expansion/change and consists of Microsoft365 unified communications (voice & video Cisco/MS Teams) and of course still some existing tools.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver subject matter expertise of Exchange/Office 365/ Outlook with emphasis on security architectural design migration management and support of implementations
• Be an expert in Exchange/Office 365 including changes & updates roadmap & releases and third-party solutions
• Document designs system configurations governance standards and procedures training outlines and content service descriptions
• Use Agile methodology values principles and practices to deliver solutions
• Communicate defend and negotiate with stakeholders: other divisions tribes and squads
• Prepare quarterly plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science Engineering or strong field related experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in the below areas:
  • Microsoft Exchange (2016 or 2019 and Exchange Online)
  • Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge/experience in several technologies from the list below:
  • Windows server
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Entra ID
  • Mail security and compliance ATP (Advanced Threat protection) Data Loss Prevention
  • PowerShell and PowerCLI scripting skills
  • SMTP SSL/TLS DNS
