Senior UX Designer, Veeqo , Veeqo

Were looking for a Senior UX Designer to work in collaboration with product and engineering joining a team thats passionate about raising the bar on Seller experience. Theyll have the opportunity to own comprehensive end-to-end customer flows interaction design and prototypes for new and existing experiences. While the designer independently owns multiple features at the same time they will also collaborate with other UX designers in the same team on connecting individual features to a holistic experience. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed and has experience collecting user insights and feedback to validate designs evolving our understanding of Seller needs.

Key job responsibilities
- Identify seller needs and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.
- Partner with the product teams to represent customer needs in the requirements development process.
- Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios use cases and high-level requirements.
- Develop conceptual diagrams wireframes visual mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Contribute and maintain the Veeqo Kit Design System pattern library.
- Present design recommendations to partners stakeholders and senior leadership for review feedback and approval.
- Work with Tech teams to ensure a seamless implementation of designs and make trade-offs when needed while without compromising on core experience.

Veeqo () a startup which was acquired by Amazon in 2021 is Amazons recommended multichannel shipping and inventory solution for SMB Sellers. Since acquisition Sellers have generated >130MM annualized shipments in Veeqo representing 8% of US Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) volume.

Our vision is to build the operating system for SMB ecommerce Sellers powering their growth and operations regardless of where they sell Amazon Walmart Shopify TikTok Shop and more. We help Sellers fulfill multichannel orders from their own warehouses faster and at the lowest cost while maintaining high accuracy and reliability. Beyond fulfillment we provide tools that help Sellers grow by creating and managing listings across Amazon and off-Amazon marketplaces maintaining accurate inventory tracking ASIN-level profitability and running efficient warehouse operations. We make multichannel selling simple and scalable for Sellers.

- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end user-centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile devices
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows

- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
- Experience in building design systems using Figma
