What Youll Need

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Experience as a Room Leader or similar role in a nursery
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices
• Confidence leading a team and managing a room independently

What Youll Do

• Lead the daily running of your nursery room ensuring consistent quality of care
• Support and guide team members to maintain strong practice standards
• Plan and oversee engaging learning activities that build confidence and curiosity
• Monitor childrens development and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each childs progress
