We are looking for a brilliant proactive and collaborative Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team and take our hiring strategy to the next level across Iberia Italy and BNL
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team you will:
- Partner with the business and People Leads to deeply understand priorities and translate them into impactful hiring strategies aligned with our global TA vision
- Design deliver and continuously refine talent acquisition plans to meet evolving business needs across multiple countries
- Support to Bring our global employer brand to life locally ensuring relevance and resonance in each market
- Lead coach and inspire a remote team of recruiters building a high-performing engaged and collaborative culture
- Champion best-in-class candidate experience constantly identifying opportunities to improve processes and raise the bar
- Drive continuous improvement proactively identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions
- Own compliance and governance ensuring all hiring practices meet legal and regulatory standards
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition (ideally knowing Italy Spain or BNL market) with a strong focus on professional hiring
- Proven success operating in complex matrix organizations ideally within both manufacturing and commercial environments
- A track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- The ability to influence and communicate at all levels seamlessly shifting from strategic thinking to hands-on execution
- Strong results orientation with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent project skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes while managing competing deadlines and projects
- Proficiency in English. Spanish and/or Italian valuable.
