As a Security Officer - Dedicated Residential Driving Patrolin San Diego CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential location you will perform routine mobile patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and support residents and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post offers the chance to work independently and as part of a team while reflecting Allied Universals values of being agile reliable innovative and acting with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and communicating observations to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location including common areas parking areas entry points and perimeter spaces helping to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access to the property by observing visitor activity checking authorized entry points and reporting unusual behavior maintenance concerns and/or unauthorized persons.
• Support a professional residential environment by assisting with routine security-related checks following post orders and reporting hazards suspicious activity and/or resident concerns to site management or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
